Hi Brian – I’m working on an educational video series for Google Analytics and got stuck at the point of choosing a product name. I noticed some of your products use Facebook’s trademark as part of the product name, which according to their terms and conditions is an infringement. Since I’m going down a similar road, was there anything special you did to obtain the proper clearance? Or are you just flying under the radar? Did you find yourself doing anything different for in-product mentions as well since it’s for commercial use? Thanks in advance for any feedback you can provide.

    Regards,
    Chris

Hey Chris, we try to use the word “Facebook” as little as possible…and then we fly under the radar. Our bigger product (e.g. The Fan Page Funnel, The Double Your List Report, etc) do not use their trademark.

Thanks Brian. Very helpful. Keep up the good work.

    Hey Brian,

After we talked yesterday, I started going thru the Fan Page Funnel course. I must say that everything is definitely organized and sequenced in such a way that it enabled me to put the practical into motion while learning the trainings. Additionally, I looked at everything that you done so that I
could see it in real time. I’m impressed. I look for to the May event, I scheduled my calendar to attend. Sam Cart is very robust and it’s a game changer. Thanks for everything Brian. Much appreciated. Keep Giving Value.

    Prosperous Regards,

    Tony
